Since acquiring the land broke my piggy bank big time, I will need to work more to make ends meet. While working a Kona trip, I should be able to get some work done, hopefully more administrative than manual which would depend on finding the right people, equipment and method. Figuring it out as we go may not sound reassuring to some, yet we are not catering to the masses, just a special few who listen to their inner voice and seek more from life. Could this be you? There is a three bedroom house which can accommodate a few as we get things started with clearing, landscaping, pruning and planting. This will be a unique opportunity which others who come along later may wish they had had. There are more potential treehouse locations than what will be built, a few should be ready by the end of this year. This should allow ample time to feel things out as we go, evolve the best design and method, not feel pressured, rushed or crowded. The first location will be limited to 200 shareholders. Regardless of how big this becomes or not, it should still retain the feel of a collaboration between friends. While your share purchase would add a puff of wind to my sails, I can keep rowing.
