would help things come together sooner, finding the right people with motivation and talent will ensure money is used
most efficiently. Whatever we can do ourselves using materials at hand would be the priority. When professional expertise
is required, we will work with them to learn by doing and enhance our talent pool to better handle future projects.

We are temporary, land is eternal. With among the greatest biodiversity on the planet, imagine the palette of garden concept
possibilities that would continue to flourish long past your mortal existence. Those yet unborn could find bliss and inspiration
within the space you helped embellish years earlier. Countless happy thoughts would endure in your memory. Explore. if you
find a spot that calls to you, outline your vision. Once approved, when you are not there, others will tend the garden following

Major equipment will be crowd funded, promoting in the process. An excavator with hammer will ensure that the roots of the
trees planted find soil by cracking into any rock layer that would otherwise stunt growth. Paths with a gentle slope to facilitate
access for the mobility impaired will be landscaped with raised garden beds. A reservoir could be dug by the uphill boundary,
deep enough to stock with fish and provide irrigation below. Imagine what viral eye candy the first treehouse will be…
Does “money makes the world go ‘round” or would this be to the extent we allow ourselves to become enslaved by it?
Aren’t we most productive when work is a labour of love, sharing with our hands, mind and heart? Expertise, technical
construction, horticulture etc. will be the defining factor. Aren’t most of the best things in life, by definition, priceless?
This will become a trust, so the dream can continue beyond our existence. One primary task will be to set things up so in the
event of my untimely demise, the right people are in place to keep it all going. To make ends meet, I can work more hours.
Even if this cooperative concept won’t cooperate, it will come together sooner or later, even if I must go it alone.

Work credit will be calculated based on hourly increments. You can add a day to your balance with five hours work, four for
shareholders. Once you accept a task, work at your own pace, as you wish, possibly extending your balance indefinitely.
Rather than spend even more time setting up a database now, it would be more practical to delegate
this and other tasks to specialists who can provide better results with less effort. With a membership
portal in place, additional talent could be discovered and mobilized, connecting boundless creativity.
